Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to Sites owned, operated and controlled by us and not to websites maintained by other companies to which we may link.

All activities in which you may engage on this website are voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal information to us unless you choose to access features on this site which require the information. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Enrollment in the services we provide, such as emails about new job opportunities, can be included as part of the registration process. These services are completely optional and you may opt-out at any time. Additionally, we may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. In the case of hire.careerbliss.com, you may also include information about a certain job posting and the associated company.
  2. Log Information. When you access CareerBliss services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as: your web or search requests, Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request(s), and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
  3. User Communications. When you send e-mail or other communications to CareerBliss, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services.

  7. Web Beacons. We may use standard internet technology, called Web Beacons (also called clear gifs, pixel tags or web bugs) that are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to track online movements. Unlike cookies which are stored on the user’s computer, a web beacon is embedded invisibly on a webpage (or email). Web beacons help us better manage content through the service by informing us what content and which campaigns are effective. This allows us and our third party partners to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by showing how many emails the recipients have opened or by sending/receiving an anonymous identification number when you travel to a site from an online advertisement. We do not tie clear gifs to personally identifiable information.

We may process personal information to provide our own services. Facilitating Payment

Hire.Careerbliss.com offers a paid service. We do not directly store your company payment information. We use a third party payment service for payment processing. If you provide credit, debit or other payment card and related details to our payment processor in order to make a payment, our third party payment processor will use such information only for the purpose of processing the payment (e.g., the last four digits of credit card numbers and related verification information). Any credit card and related billing and payment information that you provide may be used solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to hire.careerbliss.com and servicing your account.

Choices for Personal Information

When you register with CareerBliss, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask you for your consent prior to such use.

If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy and/or in the specific service privacy notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of that personal information used for those other purposes. CareerBliss wants to assure our California residents that we can provide them the rights afforded to them that are outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, or “CCPA”. Under the CCPA, California residents have certain rights to request access to and deletion of CCPA Information about them, as well as other rights described below.

How we collect, use and share CCPA information

During the CareerBliss.com account registration process, we collect e-mail address, physical location in the form of a city and/or state, IP Address of registration, and account password. In using our job search functionality, we may also store your job search history. This information is used by our partners to validate eligibility of offered services.
We may also collect information from third-party partners and affiliates. This information is limited to e-mail address, previous job search history and physical location based on city and state.

We use your CCPA Information for business purposes including improvement of job opportunity results. We may also use this data to perform analytics and research to improve and develop our website, services and products.

Right to Access CCPA Information: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of CCPA Information about you over the past 12 months. This information consists of:
